Points Noeuds in the Province of Namur
What is the node-point system?
The principle is simple: a network of quiet lanes stretches across the whole province and beyond, forming a connected whole. It's a system that allows you to wander freely, without the need for a map.
At each intersection of this network, you'll find a sign indicating a "node" number. This number, located in the top left-hand corner of the sign, is accompanied by arrows that guide you to the next nodes accessible from your position. Between these points, "reminder" markers with numbered arrows point you in the right direction.

There are two ways to plan your itinerary.
- Use the route planner on: https: //velo.province.namur.be/
Click on the nodes you wish to pass through (whether close to each other or not, the tool will suggest the shortest route between the two points). After clicking on the Finish routebutton, you can, for example, print the map or download the route as a GPX file. The tool also calculates the total length of your route.
- Do it the old-fashioned way!
See the map above (or our interactive map), zoom in on the area you're interested in to see the routes and numbers. All you have to do is note the succession of knots on the route you wish to take.
Enjoy the ride!
